Stuffed Tomatoes

When you are trying to use up all your garden tomatoes everyone likes to suggest you make tomato sauce. Hmm. Really? We try to avoid pastas for dinner and so that just won't work. Last night I filled up some of our tomatoes with couscous, sauteed onions, basil, parsley and garlic and popped them in the oven. Not too bad.

Topped with parm! Messy, but good.

Hmm looks delish and you are an adorable looking cook!

Don't know if you guys are meat eaters, but you could try a modified chile relleno! Cheese and ground turkey taco meat, yum!

Great idea! I'll have to try that soon, although with Jose's appetite they will have to be a side dish (he's gotta have meat)! haha... And your hair looks soo good in that pic! :)

those tomatoes are absolutely delicious, such a lovely twist to use couscous, I always make them with rice and mince meat.
