Cozy Eats

The weather here isn't really feeling like its time for the red Starbucks cup*, but I don't care. The flavors at this time of year are really some of the best. The change in seasons has been reflected in my cooking.

Butternut squash mac and cheese

Tomato soup made from the heirlooms we grew in the garden.

Baked cauliflower mac and cheese.

Recipes from an old SHAPE magazine.

*It was 95 degrees today.
