Some minor details from the party last night helped make the event feel so much more festive. I used our chalkboard to boast a 'Happy Halloween' welcome note, I strung up PartyPoms in Halloween colors, made spider web cupcakes, purchased skull and cross bone beer cozies at the Dollar Store, printed out vintage poison labels to cover the alcohol bottles, made a tablecloth look like a crime scene with fake blood spatter, and served drinks such as Bloody Marys and Brain Hemorrhage shots.
Next up, the costumes!
