Happy Cinco de Mayo! This holiday reminds me of Taco Tuesdays which reminds me of drinking margaritas at happy hour and eating cheap tacos which reminds me of my early 20s which makes me really happy. Enjoy your carnitas, tacos and little Mexican flags in your food today everyone!
