It's super easy, you have to try this. It is such a minimal effort dish that is pretty dang impressive. And when you are done eating the meat off those little bones, make stock! Not in the same night/day, of course. It is pretty home-y to have stock simmering away on the stove for 90 minutes, it might even make you enjoy winter!
6 cups for this week's soups and 2 1/2 cups frozen for later!

Suzie Homemaker over here. I can't bring myself to deal with whole chickens. It gives me the heebies. I hate that it does, I should probably just get over it already.
Dang!! I'm sold and totally want to try this out. I've always been a little intimidated with roasting a chicken. This might have to be my Sunday project this weekend ;)
