Here it is. The best smoothie to start your day where you need lots of protein to feed your muscles (if you just worked out the night before or that morning) or to keep you feeling full until lunch. I am the latter. I can't remember the last time I worked out. I really should get on that. Anyway, on to the delicious smoothie.
Almond milk, almond butter, whey protein, flaxseed, banana,
chia seeds and lots of ice.
It works out to be 475 calories with a whopping 38 grams of protein.
